If your account is locked because your password is expired, an administrator must unlock your account before you can set a new password. Contact an administrator to request an account unlock: https://egp.wildfire.gov/egp/Contact.aspx

Enter your EGP user id or email address and click ‘Next’. If there is more than one account with your email address, you must enter your user id. If you can’t remember your user id or are having troubles, contact the help desk to reset your password.
